@DrRalphNap @ManifestDuality It’s unsafe? I have been squatting since I was 12 years old and I have always performed barbell squats and I am 52. No wraps and no belt. It can be unsafe but done correctly with the proper mobility and stability, one should be fine. Joint health is another factor.

@TymewillTelle @jbafford1 @jbook37 Of course. But they need to win the in state battle. It sends a message to other teams, especially in the B10. They do a tremendous job recruiting offensive players, but seem to falter when it comes to defense.

Last night proved that Ohio State has the talent to battle with anyone in CFB. Last night was a measuring stick for the program and they had Georgia down. No excuses its part of the game while missing RB1, RB2, WR1, WR2, TE1, TE2 CJ Stroud was remarkable. Ryan Day had them ready.

@jbafford1 @brdispatch That seems to be a reflection of Day. His pass plays tend to be slow developing deep shots.

Stroud trying to persuade Day not to send in the punt team. But as you’ll see, it doesn’t look like Day intended to punt.

@Tylerart1337 @brdispatch He doesn’t need to be fast to pick up 5 to 7 yards. I blame Day more than CJ but when CJ said last year he doesn’t need to run and Day said nothing. I knew that was a big problem. He can still run when warranted and he doesn’t.

@jbafford1 @brdispatch He has started running a little but (a) he trusts his arm and wide outs so he keeps his eyes down field and misses the open space (b) doesn't want to deviate from the original play given his preference to pass (c) I suspect Ryan tells him not to run (d) he ain't that fast
