@oldskoolbballx @getnickwright There was definitely a stretch Kobe was the best player in the world. And it’s longer than a lot of people want to admit.
English

Hey @getnickwright, let me take you back to 2010.
Saying Kobe was never the best player in the world is the kind of take you only arrive at after aggressively ignoring basketball, context, fear, defense, rings, and everyone who actually had to guard him.

@TheDunkCentral @RunItBackFDTV Spot on. The only thing that keeps LeBron in the conversation is longevity. His peak has been longer than anyone else but it was never as high as the others

Tim Hardaway Sr. compares LeBron James to James Harden and says he doesn’t have a killer instinct.
"Magic, Michael, Kareem, Kobe had killer instincts. ... I love LeBron, but at times he doesn't bring it the way we want him to bring it, like James Harden."

@LegionHoops @GilsArenaShow His time in LA has been mediocre at best, it’s truly been wild watching the media just overlook it and hype it up as anything different
English

Skip Bayless says LeBron should’ve taken a vet minimum:
“He has playoff record of 32-31 in his 8 years. Since that Mickey Mouse championship, he's only 16-26 in the playoffs." 👀(@GilsArenaShow)

Shannon Sharpe: "I don't remember the Lakers being on TV with Kobe"
joebuddenclips/fanpage@Thechat101
Shannon Sharpe says people have revisionist history when it comes to LeBron James . The lakers weren’t on TV before he arrived to LA
English

@jbarnes1102 @FastbreakHoops5 Who cares about the statement you made all i call about is did Kevin Garnett or Dirk Nowitzki call Kobe the GOAT? No then show some respect that Draymond is showing LeBron cause we all know that KG or Dirk never said anything about Kobe being GOAT 🤦🏾♂️
English

LeBron James in 8 seasons with the Lakers
• 8× All-Star
• 7× All-NBA
• 2020 NBA Champion
• 2020 Finals MVP
•2023 NBA Cup Champion
542 games played
319–223 record (.589 win percentage)
6 playoff appearances
7 playoff series wins
You gave everything you had LeBron. You have nothing else to prove. 🫡

English

@QurbaniNappa @FastbreakHoops5 I’m not using FG % alone to judge him. I’m using it to judge his efficiency. Calling a career 42% shooter efficient is a wild take
English

@jbarnes1102 @FastbreakHoops5 Using FG% alone to judge a mid-2000s shot-creating guard tells me you didn’t watch him play.
English

@QurbaniNappa @FastbreakHoops5 Decent efficiency? He shot sub 40% in 6 seasons. Even on bad teams, someone has to score.
English

@jbarnes1102 @FastbreakHoops5 Calling Arenas just a volume scorer is revisionist. Dude was one of the toughest covers in the league at his peak. Bad teams don’t make you average 29 on decent efficiency in that era by accident. Defenses genuinely feared him.
English

@Mo_Abdi6 @FastbreakHoops5 What was untrue about the statement I made?
English

@jbarnes1102 @FastbreakHoops5 Bull. Draymond Green said on Podcast that LeBron was the GOAT and cost Lebron 3 rings plus they were beefing for year due to Lebron getting Dray suspended for game 5 in the 73-9 record breaking season 10 year ago 🤯
English

@LegionHoops @awfulannouncing Neither serve truly any purpose. @espn has gotten so out of touch with what the public truly wants they don’t even know how to find their way back
English

@LegionHoops No one is bringing him on at his current salary range other than the Lakers. If he’s willing to take a mid level deal then he could move on, but teams are past the point of making him the franchise focal point or mortgaging their future to bring him on.
English

Lakers insider Dave McMenamin:
“Basically from the All-Star game and onward is that LeBron will continue to play NBA basketball but will it be in Los Angeles?… There’s five or six teams you could viably see him going to next year. The Lakers if they are swept here, will have to convince LeBron, I would say on some level, that we have a plan in place here for you to come back and compete for a championship… At this stage of his career that is the number one that has guiding his decisions: being able to compete for a championship.”

@TheDunkCentral @Jayy_Hardyy252 @HeatCulture13 This is literally some of the dumbest shit I have ever heard
English

Nick Wright says Shai Gilgeous-Alexander downgrades to a Dwyane Wade-level player when he doesn’t get foul calls 😬
“When he’s guarded normally and plays normally, he goes down from peak Michael Jordan to peak Dwyane Wade.”
