As a first time candidate, with zero name recognition in MA, I got over 40% (1.34M votes) running against one of the most popular (good and bad) and best known, entrenched Senators in the Senate, @ewarren, despite having $3M compared to her $25M in campaign funds. Despite 40% of the vote, there isn’t one statewide or federal seat occupied by anyone, other than a Democrat. I believe that can change in 2026. NO ONE should deal with FBI complaints, fear for their family’s safety and certainly not dog poisoning - morally wrong + criminal behavior, 2. AND the email is a classic leadership example of “too little, too late”, 3. Dan chose to wait this/too long to address our community — he should’ve been proactively (Week 1, Month 1, Month 2, etc.) communicating AND over communicating out-of-the-gates — he likely (and mistakenly) allowed his legal team/advisors to “set the tone” and pace of his communications and the void and his lack of leadership has been deafening — it’s going to cost him. Why? Because that’s not leadership; it was hiding behind a legal team and strategy. TBH, it should cost him (professionally at least) too! Btw, I implored him to do/say more early-on via emails to him, his PR team and directly on LinkedIn (we share a mutual CEO friend), 4. His leadership actions and behavior (or lack thereof) has natural consequences where he hasn’t “earned the right” to lead anything post-BK AND certainly hasn’t earned anyone’s trust. It’s going to end-up a classic Harvard Business School case study for what not to do in a crises…

REGARDING LINQTO: At today’s hearing in the bankruptcy court in Texas, the Counsel for the Debtor (@linqtoinc) and Counsel for the Creditors Committee announced a settlement. The $60M DIP loan using customer shares of @Ripple @circle @krakenfx @UpholdInc etc is now off. My motion objecting to the DIP loan and asking the Judge to impose a Constructive Trust ruling in effect Linqto does not own the shares and therefore cannot collateralize those shares will NOT be litigated. This is GREAT NEWS. I will do a Spaces at 7PM EST Today to explain.

Who is exactly saying this? How could I be supporting the current Board when I filed an objection in Bankruptcy Court, on behalf of thousands of Linqto customers, arguing that the current Linqto management is attempting to steal customer funds? Does that sound like working with the current Board? Btw, Bill Sarris was part of the current Board when I sued him for the blatant fraud he committed and said in writing I was doing it for free. Maybe the people you’re talking about making such defamatory claims will have the courage and moral fortitude to say it publicly and tag me but I suspect they will remain cowards. I’ve spent over a hundred hours already trying to help customers who’ve been defrauded by a greedy founder and former CEO (who’s going to prison, btw) and a predatory opportunist - the current CEO. And I’ve done it pro bono. Finally, I expect to have good news to share very soon.

Two former Linqto board members, and one board observer (Mr. Solomon), all large Linqto shareholders, have resigned from board in protest of Linqto/NIKKL actions and they oppose the bankruptcy.
