#Isles players I think could be else where next season: Duclair- Traded Palat- Bought out MacLean- Waived Gatcomb- Gets Qualified, but doesn’t make team out of camp; waived. Boqvist- Not tendered a QO, becomes UFA Soucy- Team lets him walk Lee-Team lets him walk Pelech/Pulock- One stays, one goes. Pulock has a full NTC. Pelech owns a modified 16 team NTC. Isles stronger on the left side D Mayfield- Buy out would save $2.3M on the cap for the next 4 years but then a negative cap charge of $1.17M for the next 4 years after. Not convinced it will happen for sure, but possible. Slight chance of a trade too. 4 years left on his deal may be a lot for teams to take, but the cap hit isn’t bad. I think Tony D re-signs, saw how valuable he was when team really struggled in his abscence. Shabanov(RFA) will likely re-sign a 1 year deal close to what he was making this year. DeBoer spoke highly of him. Will likely get a chance to play more meaningful minutes that Roy didn’t give him.
