Today’s Met comeback.

I don’t think I’ve seen a team go from looking like they can’t lose to looking like they don know how to play baseball faster than the Mets of the last 5 or 6 years.

I love these games where 1-0 seems like an insurmountable deficit.

I feel like the Mets are going to win this game. I hate that feeling because it usually leads to disappointment.

Nothing quite like moving down 9 in a row after the game is already over.

The Mets will always know how to make a pedestrian pitcher look like Cy Young.

@iJordanMoore Garth Brooks had 2 hits in about 50 AB’s in spring. His level was high school. I think a few people here and there might get 1 or 2 hits by accident. Nobody is cracking .025

It’s so funny when people ask a normal everyday person — “if you had 100 at bats in the majors, how many hits would you get?” The answer is zero.

So Juan Soto’s MRI is done but the Mets flew him back to NY and sent him to a back door place in Flushing, the results won’t be available for 7-10 days.
