@MLSMoves I would bet this is also preemptive from Garber. Imo at some point your not going to be able to have teams from Canada in US domestic league. Having them move saves face and keeps them from just flipping to the Canadian Premier League.

As a reminder. People like @danielworkman and myself have been calling for changes to the PLS to address club viability instead of ownership net worth... for years. If NISA would have had to have had viable teams instead of wealthy owners... they wouldn't have failed.

@City_AWAYDCFC @SteveHallSEO @AmbroseFord2 This is a proposal change to D3 that @THEChrisKessell and I worked on. It would move away from Ownership Net Worth (which has no correlation to operability) to Club Financial Viability (which would require proof of club operability).
