@Bell Note this was not my account but the account belong to a senior citizen. Who was also forced into online billing so normally just pays the same amount each month trusting it will cover her bill. So not surprising when it is several months later that someone notices.

Hello @Bell how in the world have you been allowed to continue having services where one click purchase can cause a purchase of an MLB package worth $200 through your receiver without any safe guards as a default. Pins should be a default like app stores.

@SamsungMobile (sorry ran out of characters) what I mean is Lack of an external storage option considering even you highest model has only cuts my storage in half compared to a phone that has the microsd slot.

@benz145 Safe and non destructive gameplay matters. Seeing something out of the corner of your eye and swinging at it and realizing it is person x who just came home early to surprise you... Yeah... There will need to be proximity alerts and maybe even auto game pause enabled when needed

MR experiences like this will be very cool once there’s some real context to the gameplay. Building that context is unfortunately very difficult and even harder than normal VR game design. For that reason I worry about MR being a ‘design distraction’, pulling great devs away from making desperately needed breakthrough VR content while they focus on experimenting with something else. @MicrosoftHelps Thank you for responding the customer thankfully had a moment of clarity and got back in. Appreciate the attempt to help but still unfortunate to see this voice verification was removed without warning customers to update their account, and is now causing problems.

@SDGreenall @bai0 Almost killed an appliance like that myself. Was an Actifry. Amazing how melty they are. I have my electric kettle on one of the dampers on my electric stove the solution for that one is I physically removed the mechanical knob from that damper so no more oops.
