American in Florida says a plane flew overhead and sprayed something into the air
Now his trees are dying
“After the plane came and sprayed our food forest, things started to die. These cherry trees last year had thousands of cherries on them”
The thing is, cloud seeding and broader weather modification projects are banned in Florida
Senate Bill 56 was signed by Governor Ron DeSantis and took effect on July 1, 2025
It prohibits the intentional release, injection, or dispersion of any chemicals, substances, or apparatus into the atmosphere to affect temperature, weather, climate, or sunlight intensity. This explicitly includes cloud seeding.
Violation is a third-degree felony and offenders get up to 5 years in prison and fines up to $100,000
So I wonder if this was some kind of pesticide chemical spraying plane that sprayed this guys trees
Or… there have been a lot of videos of people posting their skies in Florida and it looks like they’re still spraying….
