@CR2SE25 I said this in National League, and then League Two but this *has* to be our ceiling, barring seriously outside investment.
It also benefits us to have a good pool of decent U21 players locally who are ready to test themselves at a senior level.

Read that in the 11 games he played, we lost none and either kept a CS or conceded 1.
He's also a Bromley boy so the chance to play locally would be a no brainer.

Roger Johnson is 43 today. When he signed for West Ham @Noble16Mark called him 'Roger the Relegator'. During his career Roger was relegated 4 times in 2011, 12, 13 and 16 with Cardiff, Wolves (twice) and Charlton. I was at his first game at Man City League Cup semi-final Jan 2014 we lost 6-0! ⚒️

@BillyBondsStand @Noble16Mark He came on as a late substitute in the FA Trophy final at Wembley when playing for Bromley who were winning 1-0. He scored an own goal in the last seconds of the 90 which sent Bromley into extra time, they then lost on penalties.

Ten years ago Leicester were deservedly winning the Premier League and Bromley were 13th in the National League playing Gateshead in front of 865 fans. Next season they will be playing each other in League One.
