@Cryptoboyy_Aji Why work against your mortgage deduction? Ramsey has some good ideas. This isn't one of them. A 6% mortgage likely has a net cost of under 4%. That is the hurdle rate. If you get sick or lose your job you could pay your mortgage from a side account. Bank won't let you slide.
