As an allergist, I fully endorse your strict avoidance of ultra processed foods, call it whatever you like, just skip it, no skin test or blood test required. Plenty of mounting evidence of harm. Sad we didn’t promote more awareness about these foods from the beginning.

In those that had early introduction of peanut in LEAP study, there was continued tolerance at 13 years of age! So early introduction has lasting effects at preventing peanut allergy! Great news. #AAAAI23
