⚡️⚡️ Just published in @AP_RANZCP ⚡️⚡️ @Scottbteasdale led on an exploratory validation of PsyMetRiC in Sydney. Results show promise for PsyMetRiC in the Australian population, and we hope this will be a flag in the ground for further work locally 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺 Watch this space!

New study evaluates a PA-focused intervention in SMI. Results show ⬆️ social functioning vs. standard care. Mental health workers play a key role, but outcomes were not linked to their characteristics. No effects on secondary outcomes. 👏👏@KoomenLisanne sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

This study contributes to the first insights into the interrelatedness of changes in health outcomes after lifestyle interventions, which may guide the development of effective intervention strategies. More studies with larger samples are needed to confirm/reject these findings.

Lifestyle interventions can impact multiple health outcomes, but we often don't know whether this is via direct or indirect pathways. Our new network intervention analysis indicates changes in health outcomes were mostly directly related to MULTI.👏Lydia sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

In our study led by @koomenlisanne, personal lifestyle behaviours, gender & profession of referring mental healthcare professionals (n=1607) are linked to the extent to which they discuss lifestyle with people in MH & refer them to relevant interventions buff.ly/3uXY0k2
