1. Rinku Singh cleared the PCS exam in 2004.
2. In 2009, he exposed a ₹100 crore pension and scholarship scam.
3. For exposing corruption, he was shot 7 times, with 2 bullets hitting his face.
4. He survived, recovered, and went on to become an IAS officer in 2022.
5. Now he has resigned, reportedly because he was denied a field posting.

Spoke to someone yesterday who can comfortably afford a ₹10 lakh car, but is forced to settle for a ₹6–7 lakh one due to parking constraints....
