Conor literally slept in the gym before this fight, avoided hard sparring to not hurt himself, ate right, did everything by the book - THEN, DESPITE ALL THIS, GOT INJURED in the first 10 seconds. Life’s not fair. Sometimes you do everything right and still lose. Other times luck is by your side and even though you don’t necessarily deserve a great outcome, you just get it. Ex. Conor KOing Aldo in the first exchange. Chance was by his side then, but last night it wasn’t.
