@AmericanAir @AmericanAir I'd like to see you accept your 4 and 6 year old being separated with a "oh well nothing I can do" when you arbitrarily changed our seats! But apparently are powerless to change them back.

@AmericanAir thanks for separating my four and six year old from me. We booked seats months in advance, all together, and you just arbitrarily separated us all over the plane. An hour on the phone and in line did nothing. Thanks for making my children cry.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir considering you changed our seats we had booked months in advance, told us on the phone after an hour there was nothing you could do but gate wouldn't fix it, and then gate did nothing... not good enough. USDOT complaint it is plus as much publicity I can get.

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir the best way would be to have left them alone. We had seats together when we booked. You messed this up. You didn't fix it. So what now? A four year old and six year old.
