EXCLUSIVE: Scott Jennings’ new Salem Media boss is a registered foreign agent for Israel Salem Media’s chief strategy officer Brad Parscale registered under FARA on September 18, 2025. His company Clock Tower X LLC holds a contract with Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, brokered through Havas Media Germany. FARA registration #7649 is public. The contract was originally $6 million. Multiple watchdogs have since documented an expansion to $9 million. That’s $1.5 million per month flowing from Jerusalem to the chief strategy officer of the network that just gave Scott Jennings his daily show. The contract’s deliverables, in its own language, include “integration of narrative messaging into Salem Media Network properties and aligned distribution channels.” Salem owns 82 radio stations, Townhall, RedState, and hosts The Charlie Kirk Show, Dinesh D’Souza, Josh Hammer, Larry Elder, Lara Trump, and now Jennings. Eran Shayovich, chief of staff at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is the contract’s primary point of contact. Eighty percent of the contract output is required to target Gen Z on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts, with a floor of 50 million monthly impressions. One clause has gone almost entirely uncovered. The contract obligates Clock Tower X to produce “websites and content to deliver GPT framing results on GPT conversations.” In plain English: a foreign government is paying to seed the training data that shapes how AI models answer questions about Israel. Scott Jennings appears nightly on CNN as a conservative voice. His employer’s chief strategy officer is on the DOJ’s foreign agents registry. CNN has not addressed whether it discloses this affiliation to viewers when Jennings discusses Israel, Gaza, or U.S. Middle East policy. Salem Media Group (NASDAQ: SALM) has issued no SEC filing acknowledging that its chief strategy officer is a registered foreign agent for a foreign government. The Trump family — Don Jr. and Lara — recently became “significant stakeholders” in the network. The original break belongs to the Quincy Institute’s Responsible Statecraft. Axios, The Hill, The American Conservative, and Drop Site News carried it forward. The Jennings connection, the CNN ethics question, and the AI training data clause have not been put together until now. FARA worked the way it was designed to work. The filing is public. The contract is public. The audience never found out.

Most importantly, as a consequence of the special interests and foreign lobbyists who attacked us with vitriol and slander due to our rejection of their dollars and schemes in favor of the American PEOPLE, we awakened millions of Americans. By wasting 35 million dollars in what has become the most expensive Congressional election in the history of the United States, they turned Thomas Massie into a national symbol. Those who saw through the propaganda learned of a man who votes by conscience, not intimidation. A true defender of the Constitution, and he became their last hope in government. Of course, last night we lost. But I have a sneaking suspicion what they really did was turn Massie into a movement. This election caused waves that I believe will one day turn the tides. We will have a return of America First in government. In the meantime, we carry on the fight. 🇺🇸
