@JamieBrysonLLB 3/ Will you call for the Police to use their very best endeavours to crack down on anyone suspected to be involved in these organisations such as the use of unexplained wealth orders so that the communities can be rid of these parasites once and for all & not instill fear

The first thing is it’s right there should be no financial inducements; but there should be investment in building infrastructure in loyalist areas (I don’t mean bricks and mortar, but rather building community capacity infrastructure). Secondly, both the Gov & Doug in their comments conflate & use interchangeably the terms “disbandment” and “transformation”. Those are different things, and you can’t do both - if you transform, you remain in a new form. If you disband, you don’t exist at all. It’s demonstrative of how confused & erratic the whole public debate on this issue has become.

@JamieBrysonLLB 2/ Do you think that their use of being a Paramilitary Organisation is used to extort communities from which they come from? Do you think they are verifiably involved in drug dealing? Do you think the public should provide the police with information as to who are members?

@JamieBrysonLLB 1/ Jamie - perhaps you could answer a few questions. Do you accept that UVF and UDA are illegal and proscribed? Do you accept that there is absolutely no justification for their existence in 2026?

@JamieBrysonLLB Jamie - I noticed that your personal views as published about UVF and UDA not going away and will transition - is reported to have been rejected. Could that be anything to do with them using their status as armed paramilitaries to extort, drug deal and control through fear ?

@SJAMcBride Sam, you make the point -"Fellow loyalist Jamie Bryson said she had engaged in “just erratic attention seeking rants”. However your own newspaper gives the same person the front page today to express his personal thoughts despite having no public mandate and is simply a PR agent

Cheering the departure of a unionist is a profoundly illogical approach to saving the Union. A recently-departed UUP politician saying Irish unity is ‘inevitable’ ought to have prompted introspection. Instead, it led to widespread sneering & jeering belfasttelegraph.co.uk/comment/opinio…

@TeamUnion_UK @BelTel Oh really. Would you not agree that the UVF and UDA are terrorists and should face the full rigor of the law. Do you agree that they use the fear of violence to promote a political agenda as well as extort from their own community and supply drugs. How about jail, is that a plan?

Loyalist paramilitary groups such as the UVF and UDA “aren’t going anywhere” and will not be disbanding, it’s been warned. But loyalist activist Jamie Bryson believes the organisations will undergo “transformation” into peaceful groups. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/northern-…

@BelTel 5. Who pays for the legal costs in instigating the court cases that he is involved in ? Why does the media not make it exceptionally clear that he is but a spectator & associate of any person in court proceedings and clearly point out he is not involved in legal representation

@BelTel 4. Why does his personal opinions warrant front page news? If you analyse his actions - he portrays himself as an authority in law. He is but a self-employed PR person who attends court as a spectator with no rights of audience in court proceedings.

@BelTel 3. To give this individual front page space to promote his agenda - as some sort of wise sage and spokesperson for the loyalist community is astonishing. Whilst newspapers need to earn money - this is the individual who only obtained 167 votes from the public.

@BelTel 2. Mr Bryson asserts "as a matter of law". Oh really, so being proscribed organisations which have used serious violence, intimidation and the use of fear to further a political agenda against the wider population, leaving aside the criminality of these people - is the law Jamie

@BelTel 1. Ah - Jamie using Discourse Theory to spin a narrative to be beneficial to terrorists using the fear of violence on their own communities by the use of their organisations to promote a political agenda & of course extort/drug dealing.

@JamieBrysonLLB You should make this clear in oral submissions - oh wait, despite the PR image you project with carrying lever arch files etc - you don't have rights of audience as you are not qualified. Quoting your 2015 post when you claimed to have an LLB - best to leave it to those who know

The Identity and Language Act (scandalous that it nonetheless is) does not bestow Irish as an official language. It recognises, via very limited and specified exhaustive steps, that Irish has a mere “status”. The Irish language lobby in truth got nothing of substance, try as they might to pretend otherwise.

A former senior detective has criticised what he referred to as “siloed working practices” within the PSNI in their initial investigation into the death of a Co Tyrone man on the M1 motorway in 2018. On Thursday, a coroner referred the death of Darryl Thompson to the Public Prosecution Service for a review of a “potential homicide” offence after concluding that he was fatally struck on the motorway following a “physical altercation” with another man on the hard shoulder. @TeamUnion_UK @JamieBrysonLLB What is sycophantic behavior? adjective. attempting to win favour from influential people by flattery. synonyms: bootlicking, fawning, obsequious, toadyish. You do realise that Mr Bryson is not influential whatsoever - just a wannabe - so why the incessant tweets?

Big month for power sharing in both local Government & the Executive. Two important legal cases: the challenge to the overriding of cross community safeguards by pan Republican front in collusion with officers in Belfast City Council on 14 and 16 January, and the challenge to Kimmins’ solo run to aggressively impose the controversial & divisive Irish language- without required Executive approval- on 28 and 29 Jan. If it is shown that, just as with the Protocol, cross community safeguards don’t work when it’s unionists seeking to use them, then that surely must lead to very serious reflection on the part of even the most ardent supporters of Stormont. There would be no (and indeed, in my view there already is none) credible basis for asserting unionism should continue to endorse one sided ‘power sharing’ whereby cross community safeguards were sacred when useful to nationalists, but when unionists reach for them then all of a sudden they are disapplied.

@BelTel These are the type of people that extort and intimidated people in paramilitary organisations some whom have never worked a day. UVF UDA CIRA RIRA - they are all the same - they need to be all put out of business once and for all.

@TeamUnion_UK @News_Letter Just to establish your arguments bonafides - did you raise similar objections of foreign interference when Eugeny Lebedev bought the Standard and became the largest shareholder in the Independent as well as being made a Lord by Boris Johnson. Presumably you have heard of the KGB

@News_Letter Of course, it's foreign interference. The Irish government wanna bribe Northern Ireland media to push their separatist agenda, to socially engineer the public's thought process. Luckily, the media they plan to bribe, very few citizens, pay attention to anymore.

Nationalism and Alliance all of a sudden despise minority protections, and champion majority rule (so long as it is nationalist rule). As many of us always said, the ‘equality’ mantra was only ever a conjuring trick; their true objective is and always was supremacy!
