@OOCFightingGame They were, thats one of the reasons mk fans absolutely loved mk9. The character designs were literal peak. Now, imagine if the older mk games get a remake 👀

@Daniel_DOA4 @Kitana_Nina Her admittedly non-canon ending in 2 had her rule outworld, so it was still present in her character even if it wasn't canon until 4 (or maybe her ending in 3). After that she was a ruler of some kind in every game except 9 and MK1.

@Kitana_Nina As much as I love your account she wasn’t a leader from her debut but later on. She started out in mk2 as an assassin thinking Shao Kahn was her father but then learnt he killed him. think she became a leader around the 3D PS2/Xbox games possibly. Used AI to confirm debut origin

@SirBadOpinions Atleast DmC had fun gameplay, a couple of decent moments, didn't claim to be an adaptation but sold itself as a completely different take *and* that Dante gets an insane amount of high quality porn.
Hell, even DMC2 gets points for Dante's design, Lucia and the music.

DMC cartoon is so bad some people are saying DmC is no longer the worst DMC adaptation.
For context, this would be like a new adaptation of Dragon Ball coming out and being so bad that people said “Y’know Dragon Ball Evolution isn’t nearly as bad as this.”

@dinoavatar @4warlock4 @tsushiman I mean basically every fighting game, JRPG and MOBA has a kid or even a few without any worry. If a teen rated game can let me snap a little girl's neck then I doubt there'd be much issue with shooting one in a cartoony, blood free game.

@4warlock4 @tsushiman The fear with moon girl is that if a ratings board believed it they could consider her appearance on a battlefield worthy of a ratings bump up to Rated M (or other countries' equivalent). So MK doesn't need to worry, they're already M, but Rivals is T and they don't wanna risk it

Sure it's revealing but it's very realistic she had no time to prepare or change clothes like Jill and wouldn't necessarily have a reason for more practical clothes like Claire.
