@jdwiden Planning to have 40gal of beer in fermenters by Friday. One berlinerweisse will be a yuzu monster. The other a rhubarb, apple and strawberry number. One rice lager will also have a yuzu influence. I’ve got nearly 2L of yuzu puree to play with. This is my spring brewing session.

Easing into Saturday morning with some brewing and hanging out with the kids. Time well spent.

@dhepburn If you can find a used 702 or 703 you wont be sorry, and it’ll be more cost effective. But in the 7” range I wouldn’t use another brand right now.
