I’m building a sourcing platform for tech UGC but all creators are vetted. Here’s why I don’t allow open sign up: I recently started sending out a Google form for people to join as a @ugctank creator. Out of 1,151 responses, I onboarded < 50. Honestly can’t imagine allowing open sign ups I do all the vetting work, which means brands that use my app connect with 25-75% of creators that apply Startup try it out & post a campaign to ugctank.com

@jedcal Decide what you love to do more of, and hire someone to take over what you least like to do. Then get out of the way, and let that person do their job. If you can't let go, don't hire because it will be counter productive for you and the new person you bring on.
