198 users and $9 MRR isn’t a failure, it’s a signal. You’ve already solved acquisition better than most people stuck at $0. The gap is monetization. Tools like Linkate (link-in-bio space) learned this the hard way: users don’t pay for “pages”, they pay for outcomes (leads, sales, bookings). If your product isn’t tied to making or saving money, conversion will always lag.
