@JMcMurdockMP Yeah but you still beat up your ex-missus. So yeah - scumbag
English

When I first graduated and started life in the grown up world, I was taken out for lunch by a senior manager at the firm I’d just joined.
This was my first client facing role and was a big step forward for me.
The senior gave me a piece of advice that I’ve never forgotten. He said never try and close a deal by bad mouthing the competition. It just brings the whole industry into disrepute.
The more experienced I get the more I realise how right he was.
Bridget never had the chance to get this kind of advice because the only job she has ever had was a few years working for her mum’s charity.
Now the country is stuck with a SoS who knows nothing about the world she’s in charge of and I’m stuck with a colleague whose best shot at advancing herself is by putting out comments like the one below.
C’est la vie
Thank you to everyone who has come out batting for me. I’ll keep on keeping on 👍
Bridget Phillipson@bphillipsonMP
Reform UK said I was 'bullying' when I pointed out their colleague was jailed for beating up his former partner. Now, they're trying to sneak him back into their party. So I'll say it again: James McMurdock was jailed for beating up his former partner. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@Willsy72 @westy81362046 @IrishIron32 Oh Mark, bless you with your blue tick. What exactly is left to do to fully Brexit? We’ve left the EU. Also you’re cherry picking Germany who’ve had a particular slowdown. Poland, Romania, Spain and Ireland have all had better growth than us. Best stick to footie eh
English

Oh Westy, why do people like you constantly embarrass yourself, that is indeed if you are a person and not a bot. (We will find out soon enough)
Reform never delivered Brexit, the Tories did.
…..and once the Tories ‘got Brexit done’ they didn’t implement it at all and along with Labour ruined any real chance of getting the full benefits of a full blown Brexit, not a half baked EU backed deal.
Also, I’m not sure you have been following the EU and particularly Germany since Brexit.
They have suffered so much worse than us in terms of GDP decline since Brexit and last time I looked they weren’t part of the UK.
So you will have to do better Westy I’m afraid because you are talking tosh!
English

Genuinely thought Reform might take the next election at one stage, but its embarrassment after embarrassment for them at the moment. They still might, cause folk are thick, but they are extremely poor at their job.
GB News@GBNEWS
BREAKING: Reform MPs all WALK OUT of PMQs after Keir Starmer takes aim at Nigel Farage gbnews.com/politics/nigel…
English

I’d argue Nigel Farage is far less disliked than Keir Starmer.
I mean i have never heard 90'000 people at Wembley chanting 'Nigel Farage is a wanker'
Whereas Keir Starmer, it happens every time England plays at home.

Any Fule kno@MaySting1
@BenGrahamUK It says more about how divisive and hated Farage is
English

@IJF856 @reformparty_uk Not living in the past, just hate bigots like the other 72% of the electorate
English

@jeff_EFC @reformparty_uk Yeah whatever lad, you're living in the past and when Reform get elected the tide will turn.
English

@RobDaMugg @afneil Is that because they’re predicting Reform lower than other polls but have consistently been the most accurate polling company for years, Rob?
English

A remarkable poll. Four parties grouped round 20%. Is it even possible to do a seat projection on such a result?
PS Good to see Ed Davey’s lot doing so well. All these stunts really paying off 🤣

English

@Wardwardk @IpswichTown @WasStill You clearly don’t understand what inclusivity means, Keith, you absolute slab
Also, their***
English

Oh dear, did some lefty liberal softie complain that you had the temerity to let a politician, that they don’t agree with, to have a photoshoot at your ground!!!!
You bleat on about inclusivity then allow yourselves to be steered into some pitiful statement because some liberal wet there pants.
Retract the statement ffs
English

Following Monday’s visit by the Reform party and its leader, Nigel Farage, the club would like to issue the following statement:
Ipswich Town Football Club has, over several years, hosted representatives from a range of political parties. The club remains apolitical and does not support or endorse any individual or party.
The club will continue to engage with representatives from across the political spectrum as part of its role within the community.
Ipswich Town is proud to be an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming organisation that supports all members of the local and wider community. This commitment remains unchanged.

English

@SPT1603 @IpswichTown “The rudeness…the meltdown”
You mean like when Farage shouts “Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!” like a fucking child because journalists ask him questions that he doesn’t like?
English

The reaction to Nigel Farage visiting Ipswich Town says more about some people than it does about him.
Disagree with someone’s politics all you like, that’s your right.
But the rudeness, the abuse, the full-on meltdown? It’s completely over the top.
You don’t have to support him. You don’t have to like him.
But basic respect shouldn’t be optional.
If you want to talk about tolerance and inclusivity, it has to go both ways. Otherwise it’s just noise.
English

@IJF856 @reformparty_uk Thankfully you’re a minority view of EFC fans. Now off you go back to your Reform cult to worship Kim Jong Nigel
English

@Luke07532105 @reformparty_uk I’m a centrist too. I’m disgusted with Starmer and Polanski is not fit to lead the country. I can smell a rat a mile off though and Farage is the biggest charlatan of the lot
English

@jeff_EFC @reformparty_uk As a centrist I would call both divisive, perhaps less so than reform but let’s not pretend people’s political leanings aren’t swaying their outrage here.
English

@Luke07532105 @reformparty_uk I don’t think they should either. However, they’re fare less divisive because neither of those parties single out a specific group of people as being responsible for multiple woes of the British people
English

@jeff_EFC @reformparty_uk I agree with you, but I suspect you wouldn’t care so much if a labour or green MP visited PR
English

@Luke07532105 @reformparty_uk You don’t get it. Politics of any kind has no place in football. Farage actually said that…and then guess what he did? 🤔
English

@jeff_EFC @reformparty_uk He’s campaigning in Suffolk where reform are projected to win so I’m guessing most don’t care? Also he’s going Norwich soon. Has nothing to do with our squad or our fans
English

@jeff_EFC @reformparty_uk Why? I’m
Much more likely to support them!
English

@FreeNationTalk @reformparty_uk Too busy hating on immigrants and licking Farage’s boots I’m sure
English

@jeff_EFC @reformparty_uk I’m an Ipswich fan and I’m neither embarrassed or ashamed
English

Ah well, fuck Ipswich Town, anyone can come up now except them twats
Nigel Farage MP@Nigel_Farage
I’ve never been too bad on the right wing. ✍️⚽️
English

@NorwichCityFC Come on Norwich admin, where’s the sneaky dig at Ipswich for allowing Fuhrer Farage through the Portman Road doors?
“Ipswich are fascists, everywhere they goooo…”
English

@ITFCFoundation @IpswichTown Never ever had a problem with Ipswich and in fact their fans have always been class when away at our place, but getting Farage in…what a way to make your club hateable
English

@WkndAtBernies83 @reformparty_uk You’re the one replying to my comment pal 🎣🎣🎣
