@NETGEAR Coming up on 4 months now without a resolution. Tech support hasn't replied for 3 weeks two repeated emails from me. I've waiting on hold 4 different times for over 30mins each without ever reaching a human. Unbelievable.

Worst product/technical support experience I'd had in my entire life with @NETGEAR. I bought their Orbi 770 Router with two Satellites in December and have had nothing but problems with them and completely ineffectual tech support since day 1. I hope someone @NETGEAR cares.

Zuck's right that people on Twitter are too mean. How people behave on forums depends on the incentives, and Twitter's design rewards horrible people for saying horrible things.
