Today, Elon Musk, a trillionaire, pays the same amount into Social Security as someone making $184,500.
If we end that absurdity and lift the cap on taxable income, we can make Social Security solvent for 75 years and expand benefits by $2,400. My Social Security bill does that.

This is a really important story. A primary cause of this distrust is our Scarcity Economy, in which the bottom 75% of our economy are left scraps to fight over, leading people to view their neighbors and peers as competitors, instead of potential collaborators for good.

Social Security is an earned benefit – not an entitlement – and as we’ve warned repeatedly, it’s about to hit a cliff, now in 2032. In Connecticut, that would mean an average loss of $556/month in benefits.
The way to prevent this is by making the rich pay their fair share in payroll tax – the same as middle and working-class Americans.

I couldn’t agree more. In fact, we could get this done with my Six Penny Plan. All we would have to do is cut 6 cents from every dollar the federal government spends. In 5 years, we’d have a balanced budget.

Is everyone paying attention? We have just SIX YEARS before Social Security is insolvent. Congress needs to stop burning money on fraud and crappy programs, balance the budget, and PROTECT Social Security so we can keep our promises to American seniors.

Conservatives spent a decade crying how liberals call them "racists" and "bigots" as a way of shutting down debate. Now, 80% of the pro-Israel discourse is composed of screaming BIGOT and ANTI-SEMITE at everyone who isn't loyal to their sacred foreign country.
