New Digimon TCG infographic! Hopefully it can be of use to new and veteran players alike, and clarify some of the niche things that can happen during an attack (considering what was previously niche only becomes more and more common as the game evolves lol)

Folks, none of these numbers are even remotely close to true. These “acquisitions” for random non-business entities are usually just normal job offers for senior/staff positions with a slightly larger signing bonus and a home for an unsustainably popular public project.

@RANK10YGO @CCx3636 now that there are so many older keywords that don’t get printed with reminder text, the rule book’s page with the full reminder text for every keyword is actually super useful (also printed on cards in starter decks) I wish DCGO included this when you hovered over keywords…

@CCx3636 I was trying to figure out how Xros works and assumed a tamer didn't have to specifically say it can be used for Xrosing. Extremely annoying

@Karn_EX also interesting how they seem to be pouring more energy into the english logos, which they've started also using for jp releases (time stranger vs cyber sleuth for comparison) the tcg also technically has a jp logo, but the jp products use the english logo more prominently

Recently Digimon has had a gradual logo rebranding and I'm very fond of it. The overall brand has a new logo and now the Digital Monster vpets have an updated logo too. Put alongside logos for Time Stranger and Beatbreak, while they're all unique, it creates nice brand synergy.

@jeffinitelyjeff So if ACE cards do come back, and I hope they do, they’ll probably come back with a different focus. Like lesser Overflow and higher play costs? Or maybe DUALs focus on higher Level Digimon, so ACEs focus on lower ones? Anyways, I think ACEs are absent for the next few sets.

Some thoughts about Digimon Card Game stuff, I’ll start with BT-25 because the DUAL BeelStarmon/Fly Bullet card having the Counter timing as one of its main effects really points to ACE cards getting fully replaced. That’s both good and bad, but mostly good, I think?

@Karn_EX but that’s what I’m saying — “cho” & “ko” don’t sound similar when pronounced in japanese, not just written (as opposed to the others that are all pronounced very similarly, like “ku” vs “gu” or “ke” vs “ge”). in jp, “cho-ko” sounds as similar to “ko-ko” as toko, loko, boko, etc

It is actually a shame Appmon like Gaiamon and Ouranosmon probably aren't even DLC contenders given their Greek and Roman links.

Missing out on cards this week since its guild war + want to work on a few videos, but what do you MEAN the 100k cut off is 116M right now? Dark GW got me sweating. Hopefully the full auto teams this week are doable with what I got or might not actually hit T100k this time around
