I was particularly touched by how he welcomed my daughter into the media family & how proud he was my she is a Mizzou grad and covered the Razorbacks just as he did. Bob was a kind & gentle soul and a friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. RIP 🙏🏼 (3/3)

Bob and I shared the exact same birthday, same year and within a few hours of each other and if I recall correctly, within 150 miles. I will miss our annual text on our birthday, his occasional text about my daughter & his coverage of the Hogs. (2/3)

I am deeply deeply saddened by the passing of Bob Holt, he was very kind and thoughtful person. He loved his alma mater and the Razorbacks but was very professional and tried to be impartial when covering both. We had a somewhat unique relationship.. (1/3)
