Have you ever done 1 min max calories on the Assault/Echo bike? Like truly all out: on the floor for 20 mins after, cramping, headache/feeling sick for hours, all out? I've never found anything that makes me feel as awful as that does. And this is one where the fitter you are, the worse it is. It's been at least 6 years since I've done it and after that last time I swore I'd never do it again. And I really don't think I ever will. 🤣
