Hi @simplilearn please provide a solution to refund. The call promised from your escalation team was not answered back. I received only a call from the same support lady one who spoke after Mr. Balaji. Regarding my complaint ticket Simplilearn Support - 03386050(Which was created last month) Checking if I will join the course again if refund initiated. Also made a note the same course which I opted, will be at extra cost. Why should I pay extra for the same course? This was my question. She updated she will sort the issue out and update. I am facing the issue for now over a month. Aftet the call today. I thought you will be initiating the Refund. Rather again I received the same email again email to swap the courses. @simplilearn Hope you atleast understand the issue. Why are you asking learner to an undesired course swap to the AI-Powered Cybersecurity Mastery program. Who has given you this information? Why are you coming and asking me to join a totally new program? I have explained multiple times. Where have you been when I was asking to rejoin me in Advanced Executive Program in Cybersecurity. Since your team is not included me on 25th Apr 2026 batch. I have asked for the refund over multiple struggles and no calls answered after confirmation from Enrolment person. The see the original issue I reported is just being modified. Please go through all my emails sent to you team. Please take sensible action. Why have you not communicated the price change to the learner before the break? Why should the price change be a learners burden? Is this a learners burden ? When I have been regularly paying emis . When the break was authorised by your team Enrolment Team member Mrinal . This is not a new cohort. This only to the same course in a different batch was confirmed from the Enrolment person who authorised my break and rejoining. "Only change is tutor". Only this was communicated to me by Mrinal. Please understand the issue. Please don’t play with middle class hard earned money. This is totally unacceptable. Please address this refund. I don’t want to join undesired course and unsupportive team here. Please refund my amount.

@simplilearn Hi @simplilearn Team please update on this issue. It was told on to me by yesterday 6th May EOD I would get an update on this issue, to be sorted about my refund. Can you please priorities this complaint.

Hi @simplilearn Team I have opted for Advanced Executive Program in Cybersecurity. Enrolment Team member from Simplilearn Mr. Mrinal one who enrolled me to the course, authorised my break and rejoining. He confirmed my rejoining for April 25th 2026 Batch, in 2 week of April. Mrinal stated, Where he asked me to create a new Support ticket from portal as product team was asking learner to create a ticket. I have asked why learner want to create? As per his request I have created Simplilearn Support - 03386050.  After Mrinal asked me to create a support ticket on 16th April, there was no answer from him once the support ticket created. Is this is how you treat a learner without answering my calls? Then the ticket flow to Mr Balaji over call, he has too confirmed, later then he told me he need to check with the team. Then to two team members from support again. I have been continuously only explaining my issue to different team members of yours. Since your team not rejoined me to on Apr25th 2026 Batch Advanced Executive Program in Cybersecurity. I will not be able to continue when something is promised and not delivered from your end. I just need my refund now. Last two calls I have explained the issues and my concerns and I have asked for refund. From support team have now given, that they can accommodate me to course swap to the AI-Powered Cybersecurity Master. As there is a price change in the course which I joined for Advanced Executive Program in Cybersecurity. I need the refund. I will not compromise with any other course given. I have done enough follow-ups. Why have your team @simplilearn not communicated the price change to the learner before the break? Why should the price change be a learners burden? Is this a learners issue ?   I have been regularly paying emi without any stop.  When the break was authorised by your team Enrolment Team member Mrinal.
