10 years ago I started a PhD to find out about lived experiences of compulsive hair pulling (trichotillomania) and body focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs)... today I travel to Oxford to host a conference with the charity I co-founded with members of that research community...

We started #timetotalk day many yrs ago to provide solidarity on 1 day. While there is far more needed to ensure timely access to quality MH services it’s still true that conversations change lives

We were devastated to arrive at work this morning to discover St Nicks had been broken into overnight. Doris our biggest vehicle has been stolen, our smaller vehicle Edith they attempted to steal but they ran the tyres off the wheels & trashed her when they couldn't move her.
