@fabiooreilly Assuming this comes from survey respones, these should be bar graphs. Line graph indicates a change over time as opposed to volume of responses. There's no relation between data points. Bar graph!

@tominbmore @GamerHolic248 @jemelehill That's the whole point - you *care* about getting to your seat as quickly as possible, because it benefits you. and it also makes the turnaround much faster, which makes southwest more efficient. It aligns the customers' incentives with the SWA's.
