If Nebraska Rs switch the state to winner-take-all, and it’s too late for Maine to do the same, the impact could be enormous. Namely, WI-MI-PA would no longer be enough to get Harris to 270. She’d need at least one more swing state (NV, GA, AZ, or NC) to get over the line

The silence of so much of the legal community that shaped and platformed this guy is disconcerting, disappointing, and dangerous. There is no credible conception of "diversity of ideas" that accommodates sanctioning, even simply through reticence, this destructive bilge.

This is a reminder that the rule of law is on the ballot. Also, let's not forget that there was *never* any remotely credible evidence that the election was fraudulent. The conspiracy theories to the contrary were laughably stupid. There was zero legal justification for this.
