Respected Sir,We had filed Form 10AB for approval u/s 80G, which was later cancelled by CIT(E). The department has advised us to re-file the same. However, Form 10AB is not visible on the e-filing portal. Only Form 10A is available under the Income-tax Act, 1961. Further, Form 105 (new Act 2025) is also not enabled on the portal. @IncomeTaxIndia Dear Sir, Even after escalation and multiple follow-ups, no resolution has been received. The portal still reflects incorrect outstanding demand despite settlement under VSVS and refund determination. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve at the earliest. 🙏

@IncomeTaxIndia Incorrect outstanding demand showing despite VSVS & refund determination. For AY 16-17, penalty demand u/s 271AAB(1) was already settled and payment of ₹1,04,28,292 was made. As per dept records and rectification orders, refund has been determined.In IT portal is still showing outstanding demand with interest.Multiple petitions have been filed but demand continues to reflect. It is requested to kindly delete the incorrect outstanding demand from the system at the earliest.

Important Update – New Integrated e-Pay Tax Module (Income Tax Portal) The Income Tax Department has introduced a new integrated payment module on the e-Filing portal. 🔹 Now, tax payments can be made seamlessly under: • Income-tax Act, 1961 – for dues up to FY 2025–26 • Income-tax Act, 2025 – for Tax Year 2026–27 onwards (including advance tax) 🔹 Both options are available on a single interface, ensuring smooth transition to the new tax regime.

Income Tax Dept has clarified that some emails regarding “Significant Transactions” for AY 2026–27 were sent incorrectly due to a technical error during the Advance Tax campaign. Taxpayers are advised to ignore such emails for now as the issue is being resolved. #IncomeTax #TaxUpdate #India
