Depends on the messenger and the context in which they say it. Here's a reply I would consider: "I appreciate the feedback. In kind, I would encourage you to consider your goals in replies like this. It can be just plain ugly to police the way others speak in a platform that you deliberately opted in to receive. You may want to think about that..."
