I was surprised #SouthwestAirlines picked up my call after nearly three hours. They told us no flights until 12/31. Not just the route we had booked - all flights as we offered other departure cities and other destinations. I hope all of those that are stuck can get home safely.

I feel bad for the people stuck in airports during the holidays, I feel bad for the employees who have to serve angry people. My @SouthwestAir flight got cancelled, too. On hold with SWA for 1:40. Our attitude is disappointed but it is what it is. Road trip? #SouthwestAirlines
