@jenney_rees No way! I had no idea you were their granddaughter, Jenney! Bill and Darlene were two of the first people I met with when I ran for the West Valley city council in 2001. I always talked with them to get a pulse on our little area and they were awesome.

My grandmother was fearless. She took on some scary people in order to protect those in her community. She wasn’t going to let them take over her neighborhood. #WomensHistoryMonth deseret.com/1999/3/20/1943…
