my top hack for when you’re in a meeting that feels stalled out: “okay let’s make it.” the wireframe. the outline. the product flow. the event schedule. whatever it is. just spend 5-10 minutes jotting down the thing in front of everyone’s eyes. chances are you were missing critical assumptions or people had completely different ideas about the topic. it’s tempting to keep meetings in the realm of “alignment” and “strategy” but most of the time to won’t get the clarity you need until you make the thing.
