I never thought a simple tweet would have USU fans jumping in to mock & ridicule BYU, but here we are. Lots of butt-hurt BYU b-ball fans who thought their Texas Tech type spending should yield Texas Tech football type results. USU is the best b-ball team in the state for ‘26.

One reason why incline walks aren’t as effective for people is because they hold on the sides with their hands. Start at a speed and incline and keep your hands off the sides. Pump those arms you will burn more calories.

@collinsworth55 Heard a study that this could also be a big contributing factor to the uptick in Achilles tears and major injuries. Kids are playing too many games and putting too much strain on their bodies while they’re growing

There is a lot of truth to this! Youth sports are dominating life! I never played this amount of games when I was a kid! It’s getting insane l!!

Youth sports are usually a waste of time, money, and energy. They replace free play, exhaust families, dominate weekends, and frequently outrank church and family time.

@rhancoug17 While I do agree. His first few he shot were off the dribble, not great looks. Keep chucking up all the easy ones all day until you find it. But don’t shoot the difficult ones until you do IMO
