@NianticHelp I just accepted a RSVP request for a Darkrai raid. We battled the raid boss, and won. I threw one ball and got "pokemon not found" error and and could not catch the boss. I can't submit a ticket in game. Please give raid pass back.

This was absolutely a malicious attack on me for what reason ? Jealousy ? Just cause someone could. ? I’m extremely disappointed in Niantic support for their inability to aid in the PROPER recovery of my account. Saying they’ll bring this into discussion for the future to have the ability to recover someone’s account fully ? It’s bs. Other games have this ability and do it quickly and swiftly and don’t push the owners of the account when they can prove without a doubt the account is theirs and can prove without a doubt it was stolen.
