I'm ecstatic to announce that I started this week at @CDPROJEKTRED as a Senior Video Manager! I'll be focusing on our short form video content. It has been an amazing first week, my team is great and I'm super excited to be able to create content for some of my favorite games.

@Shakarez If you’re leaving from Ostkreuz then yeah, realistically it’s not any longer either way My pro tip would be that you go to the beginning of the train since sometimes the connections from Erkner are very short and they’re not reluctant on waiting for people +it runs every 30mins

@jeremiJS_ I see, so in my position would you just take the train? it does sound better cause I can just take it from ostkreuz

Deutsche Bahn has evolved they now cancel the train 2 weeks ahead of time 😅

@Shakarez Yeah, sometimes the issue is that it goes from Berlin to Rzepin (first station in Poland) as they don’t operate from Frankfurt at all. Happened to me the last time and it was pure shitshow

@jeremiJS_ I think they're fixing the line, I had to take the replacement bus from frankfurt > berlin last time. Ok I thought I had those two options, so I guess it's just down to preference. I suppose the bus is 'safer?'

@Shakarez It’s a pretty common issue with DB, I don’t know exactly what are they doing on that part, but I feel like it happens 1-2 times a month. You can either take SBahn to Erkner and then RE1 or you hop on a replacement bus (Europaplatz entrance) 🙏🏻

the portion in Germany (from Berlin to Frankfurt (Oder)) is the one that is cancelled. Can I just take any other train that takes me to Frankfurt? how does it work, they don't give much info in the app beyond "please select an alternative connection"
