@metraUPW @Metra overcrowding on the UW45 with several cars closed. Why is this continually a thing? Full train I understand. Over packed cars with several train cars closed is just laziness on @metra

@Metra are the new track boards at Ogilvie a joke? Did someone suggest in a meeting "Lets make new information boards, but de-emphasize useful information and use half the available screen space." And the team high fived. Or did we pay a consultant 7 figures for this trash?

@Metra @metraUPW Here we are again. People standing in over crowded cars on a 8 car train with only 4 cars open. Upw UW35 1:40 from Ogilvie train. Does metra get bonus points for keep cars closed and cars over crowded? Is it really that difficult to open a car? Why?

@Metra 4:10 leaving Ogilvie. Really just annoying the Union Pacific Employees get a private car.

@jerksofmetra We apologize for the crowded conditions observed. In an effort to address/investigate this matter, can you please provide for us with the UPW train number in which you had observed this on?

@Metra @metraUPW why is it the Friday trains are cut short of open cars? Train cars are full. But two entire cars closed. One of them currently being used for the conductor and Union Pacific employees to have a private empty car to drink and enjoy. It's total BS. Sick of this!

@metraUPW @Metra c'mon. Standing room only, can barely get onto several cars. Pretty ridiculous for the price we pay for tickets to stand on a normal communting day with no special events. This is becoming all too commonplace on 4:40pm departing OTC. Do better.

Took a later train than normal with my son for a fun vacation day. Luckily they are plentiful and I was able to tell him what a jerk of Metra is.

@Metra your on time % on the UPW as of late is terrible. It's a sunny day, and I can't recall the last time the 5.34 has made it to Wheaton on time. Fair hikes and poorer service is all I see, with warnings of worse to come.

I’m guessing her purse is watching NCIS and a she’s playing solitaire.
