Bullshit. If he didn't have access to guns, he would've used another means to cause harm. Look at how that's working out for Europe... Knife attacks happen all the time. Most of these mass shootings only started 40-ish years ago, around the time asylums were shut down. We need better mental healthcare and tougher enforcement for the EXISTING laws. New laws won't solve anything if the existing ones aren't enforced.
