A student enters university and quickly realizes that with ₦20,000, he can “sort” his way to an A. Immediately, the hunger to study dies. The desire to compete dies. Curiosity dies. Discipline dies. Why spend sleepless nights reading when corruption can buy the same result? After 4–5 years, that same student graduates with a certificate that says “excellent”, but with a mind that was never trained to solve problems, think critically or build anything valuable. Then millions of such graduates flood the labour market every year and we keep shouting: “There are no jobs.” But the harder truth is this: Many employers are no longer just looking for certificates. They are desperately looking for competence. UNN, UNILAG, FUTO, ABSU and IMSU all use the same NUC-regulated curriculum. The difference has never really been curriculum. The difference is standards. Where corruption becomes culture, excellence dies quietly. And when excellence dies in universities, the entire country eventually pays for it. This is no longer “school problems.” This is a national emergency. If we don’t fix corruption inside our education system, no political reform in Nigeria will ever truly work.

Most traders are not failing because trading is hard. They’re failing because they’re undercapitalized. Let’s be honest. Many people enter trading with $100–$500 accounts expecting to make life-changing money. So what happens? They overleverage. They chase 10R trades. They risk 20–30% per trade. They pray for one lucky runner. Because deep down they know something uncomfortable: Even if they trade perfectly, the account is too small to change their life. A trader with a $200 account making a solid 10% in a month only made $20. That’s not exciting. So they start gambling instead of trading. Not because they’re stupid. Because the math is frustrating. Nobody wants to admit this because the industry sells a different dream: “Turn $100 into $10,000.” “Flip small accounts.” “Financial freedom with your phone.” But real trading doesn’t look like that. Real trading is slow. Real trading requires patience. Real trading rewards capital + discipline. This doesn’t mean small accounts are useless. They’re great for learning discipline and execution. But expecting them to produce immediate wealth is where many traders lose touch with reality. The painful truth? Most traders don’t need a new strategy. They need more capital, realistic expectations, and patience. And that’s not sexy enough to go viral. But it’s the truth.

3 women you must invest in aggressively 1. The woman who gave birth to your children. Give any woman who gave birth to your children all the money and good life you can, because she sacrificed her life for you 2 in that Labour room. She has invested. 2. Your sisters. Invest heavily in your sisters, so they know the difference between true love and Money Love. So they don’t date poorly or ask thier boyfriends for money. 3. The woman who has invested in you. Any woman who invests in you deserves everything, because women only invest in those they truly love. Women are naturally selfish, so if she invests in you, it means she likes you. Any other investment outside this is a WASTE! #TrustFundsBaddiesOnly

what many do not realize about winning in trading is that it is a 90% mindset and 10% everything else game your ability to spot good narratives and trends, identify top-tier entries, and use solid systems and tools is only about 10% of what you need to win to better illustrate, i will tell you a story about two monks: two zen monks were traveling across a turbulent river when they encountered a very beautiful young woman who wished to cross the river but was fearful. she approached the monks for help in crossing the river one of monks immediately carried her onto his shoulders and helped her safely cross to the other side the second monk, on the other hand, was seething with anger. even though he remained silent, he was extremely disturbed and couldn't stop thinking on their way home: 'this is unacceptable! the scriptures clearly state that monks must not touch a woman, yet he not only touched her but carried her on his shoulders. how dare he!' when they got back to the monastery in the evening, the second monk confronted the first monk: 'i must inform the abbot about this. it is against our rules! you should never have done that!' the first monk was very confused: 'what are you referring to? what rule have I broken?' he asked to which the second monk responded: 'have you forgotten? you carried a beautiful young woman on your shoulders today!' the first monk laughed and replied: 'i helped her across in a moment and left her there. why are you still carrying her?' this is one story that i think better illustrates the importance of having the right mindset, and one i think is very timely with so much of CT's attention focused on me today there's suddenly an army of people talking about me being a bad trader due to my getting liquidated for eight figures during the October 10 crypto black swan event one of the posts mocking me even amassed over 200,000 views within 24 hours of going live the irony of it all is that there's an army of people obsessed over my Oct 10 liquidation and the outcome when i barely even think about it anymore i've moved on and have supreme confidence that i will make it all back and more, as i have done repeatedly in the past through similar losses, God willing yet there are random anons who are barely profitable in their own trades obsessing over someone *who made* tens of millions of dollars losing it that loss does not define me, i objectively have little to no emotional attachment to my trades, wins or losses, regardless of how stupid or impressive some of them may be and that mindset is exactly why i have consistently had impressive trades in the first place and is why i will continue to, God willing will there be more losses in the future? undoubtedly! will i let those losses define me? absolutely not! i will simply continue to refine my process, polish my thesis, and continue to plant seeds of trading of course there will be some losses along the way, and these losses will likely be amplified during extremely bad market conditions but there will also be wins, and a lot of them, especially when the market turns and the uptrend resumes what really matters is the net outcome when all is said and done it is a marathon, not a sprint

One funny thing about web3 You can be grinding/farming a project with someone and the $2000 you’re expecting from the project is to pay off your debt while they’re looking forward to using the $2000 as reimbursement for the flight they already paid for. 😭
