solo founders without technical backgrounds are in a better position than most people think. because the game is no longer about who can build the most. it’s about who can decide the fastest and stay closest to reality. technical ability used to be a gate. now it’s mostly a multiplier. what actually matters early: can you talk to users every day can you turn confusion into a clear offer can you distribute without waiting for perfection can you use ai tools to compress execution time can you stay consistent when nothing feels “ready” most non-technical founders lose not because they lack skill. but because they over-index on dependency: waiting for a cofounder waiting for a developer waiting for funding waiting for clarity before action the new advantage is bias toward action with tools available today. ai reduces the gap between idea and output more than ever before. which means taste, clarity, and distribution matter more than code. this is why some of the strongest early signals we see across 16vc are not from perfect products. but from founders who are simply closer to users than everyone else. build simple. ship fast. learn in public. that’s the real edge. #startups #founders #solofounder #ai #venturecapital #startupstrategy #gtm

@MarkKnd Mark do you have a content machine in front of the ads your going to be amplifying on X? Last campaign i ran on X over performed- it was just for visibility, a CTA would have had enormous results. content machine 📲 Data is 24 mos old but running the same formula for clients

Cyber Fund isn't writing $2M checks to pitch decks. They're backing 10 AI-native founders who can ship the impossible in 12 weeks. The Monastery: > $2M uncapped SAFE > Two 2-week SF intensives + 8 weeks remote execution > Batch 1: Applications open now This is not an accelerator. It's a compression chamber for founders who think in agents not org charts. Apply → cyber.fund

@lizwessel Hey Liz this is exactly what i’ve cooked up 👨🏾‍🍳 CreditLens Spearhead. B2B2C breach remediation built on what I call the Deterministic Switch: AI parses breach context, attorney-reviewed templates do the legal work. No hallucinated dispute letters ⏭️

Request for startups: When a B2C company gets hacked and their users' data is stolen, they often send a letter to all of the consumers who were affected offering to pay for credit monitoring and ID Theft Restoration for one year -- which Epiq or Equifax (and many more) handle. Such a great distribution hack for the credit monitoring companies. Unfortunately, I foresee a lot more hacks coming, meaning these vendors should see a lot more demand. But these vendors all feel old school and dont provide great consumer experiences. Any interesting AI-native startups working on a better solution, with a b2b2c approach like I described above?

@andrewchen andrew — Eventbrite owns ticketing; we own the show. Operating system for live event mgmt — turns spreadsheet + vendor-text-thread chaos into an AI layer that watches the show in real time, flags risk before it lands,auto-routes corrections when parts of the production fail

@Jason not a sub- but i took the chaos of executing live events (bowling tournaments 🎳) dealing with teams, vendors, staff, tickets 🎟️ - managing it all thru group texts, xl spreadsheets and emails into an operating and transformed that 🤯 into synergyeventos.com
