@PapaRon79 @RedWhitePodcast I would not “just promote” him. I would conduct a full blown search so we can get a good idea of how the job is perceived nationally. Could still be Gibson, but maybe State can get somebody better than we think. Plus, HC needs to be a CEO. Good coordinator =/= good HC.
