@3eda3d97111e4b6 Hi there, to register a birth, you can send completed birth registration forms and supporting documents: by post to your local civil registration office or by e-mail to births@welfare.ie. You can find out more here: gov.ie/en/service/64a…

Update: the civil registration service email system is currently down due to the cyber attack. You can apply to register a birth or purchase a certificate of birth by post. There is no requirement or facility for you to attend the civil registration service offices in person.
