Pro nouns? Yeah, but verbs, that’s where the action is.

Sex testing is back for the Olympics; u-turn on inclusion first as a starting point. While the science is contested, the IOC says this is done with science and athlete consensus at its heart. Some who work in safeguarding and human rights disagree. #sextesting #Olympics #safeguarding #inclusion

@TraceyLeeHolmes Barely anything you’ve said here is true. You must know this. You must also know that we know the truth. So where is your journalistic credibility? Are you so beholden to ACON that you will be so blatantly deceptive? Where is your concern for female athletes?

A Trans Man is a MAN. A Trans Woman is a WOMAN. I OPPOSED the draconian Transgender Amendment Bill in Rajya Sabha today. It is a pure unbridled EVIL act by the Modi Govt & and an attack on the basic rights of transpersons. Today is a day of shame.

@Heccles94 I had one argue this was necessary for their safety by referencing a cîs woman girls guide leader who abused children I guess not only is every trans person to blame for the actions of any trans person but also to blame for the actions of every non trans person

Can someone tell me how banning trans children from girl guides protects women’s safety?

@Heccles94 Preventing boys access to girls’ spaces. Acknowledging that girls are humans deserving of sex based rights. Letting girls know that they are just as important as boys. Girls grow into women. Which part of this are you pretending to not understand?

Efforts to narrow the definition of womanhood, police people’s gender expression, and reduce people to their biology don't protect women - they harm us. Attacks on trans rights should never be done in our name. We must stand in solidarity with our trans siblings.

@philjones461 @anyabike Gender identity has never been part of feminism. Anyone who said it was had their terminology wrong.

@anyabike shows what we have known all along - that trans ideology has been an internecine fight within feminism.

Fine words from Harriet Harman on X, but weasel words from her on Today just now show how two-faced she is. Good question from Nick Robinson. Harman did not answer directly but clearly implied there was something wrong with Jenni Murray's position on trans issues. Shameful.

Impossible to overstate the importance of Jenni Murray to the movement of women that changed our politics, economy & our society; that changed our lives. She was the broadcasting wing of the women’s movement. We all owe her. RIP. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@chrisvillagom12 There are fewer that 400 murders of trans identifying people in the last 11 years. The majority of these murders were not ‘hate crimes’. Those people were not killed *because* they identified as ‘trans’. The HRC even had to change the meaning of ‘trans’ to get to that number.

@jesswana reports.hrc.org/an-epidemic-of… maybe because it’s true you dumb fuck. They are 4 times more likely to be victims of a crime than commit one, I’m not the one who’s lying, I’m not the one who’s spreading fear among them, it’s people like you who do that

@MrSpookyWolff @berk_hamstead @Transphobes_Ls_ You think giving a definition of a term or word that refers to people, is somehow the same as stating that all those people are the same? You think defining what the term ‘trans person’ means, is the same as describing their personality? You are really out of your depth.

@MrSpookyWolff @berk_hamstead @Transphobes_Ls_ Trans identifying people have all those rights. They don’t have the right to change reality. No one does. They don’t have the right to force others to participate in their delusion. No one does. The male ones don’t have the right to access women’s spaces. No men do.

@MrSpookyWolff @Transphobes_Ls_ When people asked the suffragettes “what rights don’t women have” they said “voting”. When people asked gay rights activists “what rights don’t homosexual people have” they said “marriage”. So when people ask you what “rights” you don’t have, you need an answer.

@dysofgold @adamndsmith Too close? I’d say I was spot on. You’re a man who hates women. As for your delusion that you are ‘well received’ - that’s about as real as your ‘gender identity’. I am a woman. You are a man. A pathetic, misogynistic homophobic man.

@helenstaniland Helen assumes the answer by redefining the group. By calling them “adult males,” she has already decided the conclusion in advance. It’s a classic begging-the-question fallacy. She collapses trans women with predatory men, presents a false binary & relies on emotional framing

Actually, a *much* easier question is 'should adult males have access to the currently existing female spaces where women and girls are undressing?' Only - trans activists really can't answer it.
NotDragonD@NotThatDragonD

@kittywoodoshea @helenstaniland This is the easiest question in the history of easy questions: Should little girls be getting changed in front of strangers? No. The should not. Super easy. And yet Charlie can't answer the question correctly. This speaks volumes of the type of person Charlie is.
