@SF_England But they obviously have sent it too you as my maintenance loan has changed to ready to be paid. So surely it’s not there error it’s an error on your end? As it is only the parent learner grant that’s not ready to be paid

@jessylockss I would advise to speak with your university and confirm the date the sent this to us. Once this has been confirmed it takes around 24-48 hours to process then your payment is released up to 5 working days later or on your expected payment date. Thanks, Karen
