@amazon I bought a “gently used” projector from you - it arrived looking like someone had spilled pizza sauce on it. I called for assistance, took pictures, and submitted a return the same day I received it, as instructed. A refund/return which you have now denied.

@Aspirelounge we attended the funeral of a friend tonight, and booked our return flights based on your lounge in Ontario, CA. We were turned away due to an“overbooking” with a China Air flight. This could have been disclosed when we booked our flights, but wasn’t. Foul!
