Few more thoughts on yesterday: my first experience of queer campaigning was when I was 15, against a California referendum to criminalise 'gay marriage'. Our landlord ordered us to take my 'No to Proposition 22' placard out of my bedroom window because it was 'unseemly'. (1/8)
