@Hertz EXTREMELY disappointed in your car’s status on our recent rental, and your paltry excuse for customer service. Seriously?! Giving us a broken car? And then IGNORING us when we asked for compensation? As a traveler, safety is my #1 concern & clearly Hertz can’t be bothered.
